Book BinoGood - Terms and Conditions
  1. Payment of £3 to BinoGood constitutes a booking of the BinoGood messaging service.
  2. BinoGood agrees to record any message provided the message length does not exceed 3 minutes.
  3. You must notify BinoGood@thesicilysite.com of the email address that you want the message sent to, and the date on which you want it sent. Failure to do so at time of booking may mean that your message cannot be delivered on time or at all.
  4. If your message is sung, the tune will be composed by BinoGood and will be owned by BinoGood.
  5. Opting to request a song to appear on YouTube is no guarantee that the song will appear. This is a free service and although BinoGood will endeavor to oblige, it is not always possible to do so.
  6. Songs recorded and then posted on YouTube by BinoGood, are purely for entertainment purposes and are posted for all to view for free .The posting of such material is outside of the agreement entered into here and does not form part of the service being purchased.
  7. Message content must not be in any way defamatory .
  8. The person that enters into this agreement is solely responsible for the content of the message.
  9. Use of the BINOGOOD MESSAGING Service to send abusive messages can be traced to the originator upon request from the Police and they will be liable for prosecution under the 1988 Malicious Communications Act.
  10. TheSicilySite.com, and/or BinoGood are not responsible for content of messages sent by users of the service.
  11. BINOGOOD MESSAGING.com will co-operate with official inquiries into misuse of the service.
  12. You agree not to send abusive or defamatory messages through this service.
  13. Spam/unsolicited messages and bulk advertising through this service is not permitted.
  14. Messages containing strong sexual content are not permitted.
  15. Users sending messages that do not comply with these terms will forfeit their booking fee for each offending messages and will be liable for all legal and other fees incurred by TheScilySite and/or BinoGood as a result.
  16. BinoGood and/or his agents will have no liability legal or otherwise for any action, or injury resulting from the content of the message.
  17. BinoGood retains ownership of all messages.
  18. BinoGood will not pass on your details to third parties unless legally instructed to do so , or as a result of actions taken from points 5 and 7 respectively.
  19. BinoGood will not use your messages and/or finished recordings for any other purpose other than to display them in accordance within the terms and conditions set out here within.
  20. By using this service you agree to be bound by the Terms and Condition. BinoGood and TheSicilySite.com may change these terms and conditions at any time, and they shall become effective immediately upon posting to this page.
  21. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in all respects in accordance with English Law. The parties to this agreement agree to submit all disputes arising under this agreement to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
